Using the information you send us, ICGS will prepare a written request on your behalf and mail it to the appropriate Italian city's official archives.
The response time varies from city to city (over 8,000 in Italy), but in most cases, we receive requested certificates within 8-12 weeks. If there are mistakes in the information you send, we will likely receive a notification of No Records Found.
